Default ? about GSG 5

Does anybody knows if the GSG 5 comes with the receiver prepared to take optics such as a scope rail or a picattiny base etc ?

Thanks, Nyman

Anyone know where to get an MP5-type collapsable stock for the GSG-5 which can be easily installed without modifying the original receiver?

Here you will find the optic rails and folding stocks.
The retractable stocks are a little harder to come buy now...
You just gotta keep checking back.

The article I have in Guns Magazine about the GSG-5 says that the retractable stock will fit.

Yes, a real MP5 retractable stock will fit on the GSG-5, but they are very expensive.

GSG-5 makes a retractable stock as part of their accessories, and it is much cheaper. I bought mine for $65.00.
Here is mine.
