OUT OF STATE TAXES
question, my friends and i rented a condo in MD for next august, we just received the bill, thy charged us 166.00 for taxes? do we have to pay taxes when we dont live in that state?

Not if they ship the condo to you in PA.
 That only applies to products being shipped to a state in which the seller has no facilities. Seriously, I would make damn sure they are paying those taxes to the .gov, and not filling their pockets a little more with your money
