Marylands AW Ban Of 2007, Defeated!
The Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee voted on SB 43. By a vote of 5-5 for an unfavorable report, the Committee killed SB 43.
Voting Against SB 43: James Brochin, Larry Haines, Alex Mooney, Bryan Simonaire, Norman Stone Note: Nancy Jacobs was not present – she is out of town due to the death of her father yesterday. Senator Jacobs would have made 6 Against! Voting For SB 43: Brian Frosh, Lisa Gladden, Jennie Forehand, C. Anthony Muse, Jamin Raskin Thanks to all of you who helped to make this victory possible by calling and writing the committee members. Special thanks go to the 210 gunnies who took a day off work to attend the hearing and provide testimony. Well Done! With this said lets not fall asleep!!! The Socialists in Cuba on the Chesapeake are well known for their Backdoor Tactics!!!!!!!! We are still faced with the prospect too of an AW & Ammo Tax passing out of Committee!!!!!

they are unworthy of a link from this site. The BC is a bunch of treasonous lunaitcs.
Their own FAQ claims they 'aren't against the banning of all guns' and 'we support the rights of the lawful gun owner' but this recent ruling out of DC exposed them as liars. Why else would they get upset about the Federal ruling out of DC, striking down the unconstituional gun ban there?
