Default Does PA have a militia?

I was wondering if PA has an organized militia or anything similar to the Arizona Rangers.

If they don't, they should

No.

There is an unofficial state guard, but legally and realistically its just a club or organization.

They do not practice with guns. ...just pretty much have uniforms and do civil service things.

Merriam-Webster:
"the whole body of able-bodied male citizens declared by law as being subject to call to military service".

I would have said the same, but he said "organized militia".

We're part of the unorganized militia.

My understanding of a militia is a looseknit organization of citizens who only activate in times of need. All of us are militia as soon as the call is made that we need to defend our state or country. At least those of us willing to answer the call. In looseknit I mean like minded people such as ourselves who don't generally know much of each other but are willing to band together for a common cause that involves fighting militarily for our beliefs. A couple of hundred+ years ago it was communities who formed militias. Today's communities now include organizations such as ourselves, ergo we'd be a militia if the need arose. This is what I believe the 2A had in mind in allowing us to bear arms, as well as a deterent to tyranny and self-defense of our individuals.

And it gives us the peace of mind of knowing Canada and Mexico will never invade us. Well...Canada anyway.
