Not sure it Targetmaster is or not, but search the forums to see what jerkoffs they are.

But to be more helpful, I found this on another forum:

I'm not sure if they are an LE dealer or not, but I've seen a TON of Montgomery County recruits in King Shooters in King of Prussia. Saw a group checking out handguns a another cadet picking up a BADASS .308 AR-15 w/ EOTech system. I can also recommend them, and Roger specifically, as awesome and helpful people. I won't give my business to anyone else!

I go to Targetmaster all the time and I must say the staff there has been extremely helpful to me. Sometimes I do have to wait a while, a half hour or more, due to the rush they recieve at the counter of people wanting to shoot in the range and buy guns. However, everytime I wait I am treated nicely and have my questions answered. Granted I am somewhat of a regular there so your milage may vary. If you go to Targetmaster shoot me a PM before you do, I'll tell you who you want to talk to.

The only law enforcement Glock dealer in the philly region to my knowledge is Delia's in the Frankford/K&A area of phila. They got the distributors status for supplying philly pd with their sidearms. Small store, but great price on glocks with p.d. letterhead.

Called Glock today asking for LE dealers in PA:

Delia's in Phila. I called - got some Fax line

Atlantic Tactical in New Cumberland. I inquired about a G19. NONE in stock, 6mo backorder from Glock.

Some place in Pittsburgh. Too far for me, I didnt' ask.

I did call OfficerStore.com (They are just west of Coatesville) I knew they had a firearms room, but it's not on their site. They had 5 G19's in stock. Some with Night sights, some with standard sights. I spoke to Joe. He was a bit upset that they were not mentioned by Glock. I currently have a pistol on hold to be paid for and picked up next week!

There is also an Atlantic Tactical outside of Harrisburg. The store in Pittsburgh may have been Markel Supply. Last I checked they had Glock 27s going for about 400. I don't know how that would translate to your 19.
