Pennsylvania Firearm Owners Association
HB2011 and HB1243 Updates

So far, there hasn't been a 2nd Consideration vote on either of these bills. WE NEED TO KEEP UP THE PRESSURE, and continue to contact our legislators - ask them to tell House leadership to bring these bills to a vote! Ask them to vote YES on HB2011, and NO on the Universal Background Check amendment. In addition, the FOAC is requesting support for an amendment proposed to HB1243 (Mental Health Records for Firearms Purchases) that, if passed, will allow HB1243 to restore firearm rights to those who have recovered from a mental illness.

Default Taurus PT145 Holster Question

My primary carry is my Taurus PT145. It is a .45 cal mill pro model. I want to get a Level II Blackhawk holster for it but I am unsure if they make one. Here is my question. I have a XD gear paddle holster and I was wondering if the blackhawk holster that fits the Xd will fit the my taurus also?

If you have the gun and you have the holster, why don't you just try to put the gun in the holster and see if it fits?

I didn't say I had the blackhawk holster. I said I have the XD gear paddle holster.

I have an XD-45 and a Blackhawk Serpa holster for it. I used to have a PT 145, and it would not fit the Serpa. It would, however, fit in other holsters that were made for the XD.

Based on a post at taurusarmed.net, the blackhawk for the Sig Pro 2022 Model will fit taurus pt145.

http://www.taurusarmed.net/forums/in...?topic=10487.0

Another person found the serpa for the XD fit his 24/7. Only diff between 24/7 and mil pro is the length of the barrel and grip.

http://www.taurusarmed.net/forums/in...p?topic=5014.0

Hope they help.
