Mine is sitting downstairs in a box. UPS is supposed to pick it up on Monday.

Hope it is not gone too long!

So you take your advice on self-defense from the disclaimers of corporate attorneys? What is your point?

Even if Ruger or anyone else produces, either by poor design or poor quality control, a firearm that is so unreliable that you have to worry about it going off, then why would someone buy one? And if someone was too afraid of shooting himself to carry one in the chamber, then maybe he should reconsider whether he should be carrying a firearm at all.
