While normally I wouldn't think this merits a reply... it's late.

You've displayed a blatant disregard for intellectual discussion, and that is why I've considered negative repping you. Here's why:
-Instead of posting a thought-out post describing your thoughts about the case, you instead say "look this up!" and leave it at that. Not so much as a news article.
-You're a new member, and you've taken an aggressive approach toward the membership. Poor choice.
-Instead of just confining your jumbled thoughts to one post, you had to start your own thread about it.
-You failed to check for other similar topics and, when confronted by this, instead of saying "sorry guys, just ignore this thread", you continued to feed your ego by pushing the blame onto another member.
-Did I mention that you're beating a dead horse? Like, it's dead, buried, decomposed, and you're beating the remaining dust.
