Hazle Township.... Community Park
WE WON.........
After reading the notes I got from GNROTZ... the supervisors AND solicitor stated that since there are NO ordinances pertaining to the park that the right to carry IS allowed..... This will NOT change the wording of the rental agreement BUT it is UNENFORCEABLE according to the solicitor....... SO THE PICNIC IS ON..............................LEGALLY without any problems..... Thanks to WILD BILL KLINTON, NORMANVIN, CGBUDDE and TASTEE for showing up...... And of course to Pa Patriot and GNROTZ for their support....

These are the type of battles we should be engaging in.
These are easy to win as the law is clearly on our side, and we actually gain something from them, not just gaining something back.
