If you are OC on foot, outside of Philadelphia, there is no legal requirement to show (or even POSSESS) a LTCF or government issued ID.

As I must drive almost anywhere I go, and just as I would not leave a gun in the car I will not leave my DL and wallet in the car.

That about sums up how I feel. I'd hope that I would have the "balls" to stand up to an illegal search and seizure. But since I have never been put under that kind of stress, I really don't know how I'd hold up.

I want to add that, please, anybody who may have given up their ID or LTCF during an OC inquisition...Please don't think I'm "keyboard quarterbacking". I, myself, don't know how I would handle the pressure. (Just wanted to make sure that this thread didn't slight anybody...that is NOT what I intended.)

yeah I'm with you on that. we cannot walk anywhere out by us that wouldnt include a 2 hour march.

my drivers liscense NEVER leaves my car, ever, at all. on several occasions i forgot it and worred about being pulled over without my liscense, so now i just leave it in my car all the time

In my case, I have 3 vehicles, and if I left my DL in one it would always be in one I was not driving (just my luck I'd get stopped!).

my dl lives in my car. I do carry my ltcf.

You have 15 days to produce your dl if you are pulled over.
