ladies, how many guns have you purchased for yourself?
Ladies only PLEASE! Guys, you can help by getting any female non member in your life to fill it out too. Don't forget to include those that you have sold. I only care about purchases. This is for my senior tutorial at school and would be very helpful info for me. There is also a separate thread for all you guys! As for me I have bought 3 but only currently own 2. Thanks!

I'm replying for my wife. She owns a Bersa Thunder and a Beretta M9...that she bought at the same time.

Interesting point.
I bought 2 for my wife (that she never uses) and her dad bought her one (also, never uses). Her mom owns a Bersa that she has never fired and I can't remember if she bought it or her husband did. My mom bought one but I'm sure she will post soon enough. I'm interested in the result of this...

I answered for my wife since she isn't a member here - she only ever purchased 2, one was a Keltec which she hated and sold, the second was a Bersa .380 that she still has.
All the rest were bought by me

I'm at 5+. I bought the .22 rifle and the 30-30. Then I bought my .38 special. The .45 was next, then my P22. I'm in the process of buying a Taurus PT111 Millennium Pro 9mm. My husband bought me the gun I carry most often, my 380.

I currently own 3. I bought my first in 2000 for the trapline. The other 2 are my XD's. Now I am wanting to buy an AK LOL, and when I lose alot of weight I was promised something like 300.00, which I may buy a p-22 with. I want to sell my XD40 service to use the money towards a bitone XDM in .40. If guns were as inexpensive as traps I'd own more. A trapper can never have too many traps, and a gal can never have too many guns, right?

This is PennsyPlinker posting for the women in the family. I have one wife and three daughters. Each owns one gun. So that is three women, one young lady (16) and four guns.
