I have no further info at this time and can only suggest contacting the Allegheny County Sportsmen's League at http://www.acslpa.org/
There was also mention of ACSL arranging transportation, but I'm not sure if that was just for our club members or Allegheny County folks. You'd need to contact them.(ACSL)

I posted this separately from the "10k march" post since many may not have seen it there after already posting their thoughts on that thread.
