Well, I found the earlier quote interesting, the one about Washington wanting to separate the male and female plants... I'm no botanist, but from what I understand the only reason to separate the different sexed plants is to increase the potency. Maybe Washington was a stoner... I don't use any illegal drugs, and I would encourage you not to make such accusations.

I like freedom. That is what my argument is all about. It is a shame that people are brainwashed into thinking that security from scary things, like drugs, is much more important than having freedom.

From what I have read on the net , it seems that only the female plants are smoke able???? Something about leaving the males in with the females can screw up the whole crop?? Knowing a little bit about biology if you remove the males form the females also you get to control pollination, maybe that has something to do with it?

But it has been documented that people have been using pot or some form there of since the earliest recorded history. Used in the Egypt in aristocracy for things like mensturation and things like that. The monarchy of Britian used it for female things headaches you name it. Even for a while they used it in "tonics" in the states.

It wasn't an accusation, it was an invitation! For someone so adamantly defending the stuff, I just thought... well, we'll just chalk it up to wishful thinking.

my opinion only here folks, i like to think i am a fairly clear thinking and open minded person. "pot" was one of the major factors in my divorce, i dont blame the pot i blame the woman that could not control herself, that being said... i do not personally think that pot should be illegal but it is, thats hwo it is right now..

i drive a car and do not use a seat belt.
i drive over the speed limit.
i know these things are illegal yet i still do them every day .

i know if i am caught doing this i will pay the fine..
we are not children we can make our own decisions i dont like the fact that the government controls so many aspects of our lives but at this point they do...

the accused knew what he was doing he knew that if caught with an illegal substance there would be jail time and loss of rights..

how can you support someone that knowingly and freely break's the law?

i know a speeding ticket is not the same and pot and loosing your rights but i know if i get caught speeding i will get a fine and have to pay it, i do not ask anyone to pay this debt for me or ask anyone to fight the fine for me.

if i believe i was unjustly or overly fined i will fight it myself, not go to the car enthusiast's web sight and say hey guys i got a fine and the cop didnt give me a break on the fine i need some support for this..

i liked Pex's posts he brought good discussion and differing opinions tot he forum , i hope everything works out for the best for him..
