Center of Mass - Car Safe

I noticed that back in April there was a COM Joint Safe purchase. I was looking into picking up one of these for myself and my son and was wondering how those people who purchased one like them. Pros and cons appreciated.

Is there or has there been any thought or interest in another joint purchase? I know PAPatriot took the reins on the last one based on the thread.

I didn't participate in the group buy, but I have one in my truck. I like it. It is not bulletproof, so to speak, but it will stop a smash and grab, and in the event I would have to report a stolen firearm, I have the proof that I did take reasonable measures for security.

I have one too. I use it when I have to go in to the Post Office, or other locations where carrying is prohibited with the force of law.

It BARELY fits my full size XD45 - but it works well. And the key is small enough that I don't find it an annoying addition to my keychain.

If another joint purchase is in the works, I'm in for two large ones.

I'm assuming we can do a joint purchase and have them drop shipped by the company to different addresses.

If nobody else wants to do it, I'd be willing to take point on making the order, and I have a paypal account to make things easier for those wanting to send payment.

So how about we agree on a time/day to have as the time limit, say, by next Friday... and anyone who wants in can just PM me and we'll get name/address and payment details taken care of that way.

According to that thread, he got a REAL good price from his distributor, so I'm all in favor with doing it that way again, if PA Patriot has the time and inclination.
