I see nothing on the Lancaster site that would lead me to any form to appeal and LTCF revocation for that or any other county and as far as I know, there is no standard form for that in the first place.

Are we all talking about two different things? Some of us are confused, some of us are incorrect...I have no idea where the line between the two lies right now.

No he didn't, APPEALING linked the driver's thing in another link. Re read #39 very carefully

I know that, and ThomasJ replied the following to the post where Appealing posted the link to the suspension of a license.

Hope this helps.

Now you tell me, where in the world, in that post, does it answer the qeustion of which website is it that has LTCF revocation appeals forms online? You answered, "He posted it in post #39". So who posted what in post 39? ThomasJ didn't mention any specific website, and the only website that's referenced in that post is the one that Appealing linked the driver's form off of. So going to the parent site, which is the Lancaster county govt website, I see nothing that would take me anywhere near these forms that are standard for LTCF revocation appeals.

I'm not an idiot, all this vague "read post #39 carefully" and "there are forms online, they have them..." without so much as a reference to what website or an actual link is not terribly helpful.

Then again, what do I care? I'd hire a lawyer for legal work.

STOP!

Ok, everyone take a breath.

I have to say I'm a bit disappointed in this thread. All the way 'round.

1) In the defense of the OP:
The OP made a specific inquiry and asked for specific replies. He also specified he was looking for the info to avoid using an attorney, already decided.

2) In the defense of the members here:
OP, your response in post #8 could have been a lot less curt. Especially as a new member, when folks see a reply like that it tends to annoy the brothership (so to say and for lack of a better description).
You just as easily could have just as easily posted a friendly reminder that your request was specific to process without a lawyer.

3) </bickering>
Lets return this to the topic. If no one has answers, drop it. I'm hoping someone does have first hand info and maybe even copies of their filings to share as I am interested in seeing this documented.

Appealing is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Re: How to Appeal License Revocation?

It is typical of any bulliten board these days for some one to post a specific question, get many expert bulliten board posters all giving there expert opinion on the subject, and then the spiral off topic of the post.

No one ever posted any link to anything except me. Note that Lancaster County charges $5 on their website, so there was sarcasim in my thoughts when I talked about charging people. However it is OK for Lancaster County to do it.

It's all good.

Dude, you have your answers. If you want, I'll call the Washington County Prothonotary's Office, get the names of the people I speak with and detail what they say, but they are going to tell me the same thing the other counties are saying: There aren't any pre-printed forms. You (or an attorney) need to draft a petition and submit it to the court. You asked a question, were rude when you didn't get the exact answer and yes, the board may have taken umbrage, but really, your second post was flaming. What kind of welcome are you expecting?

You ask for help here and people will go out of their way to help. You ask for help and be a jerk about it, people will still try to help, but you will catch attitude.

However, I did take exception to one thing:
