How come no ones ever in the PAFOA Chat?
Next to the "Log out" button at the top.
What time do people tend to go in there?

I go in there ALL the time. You can look on the main page where it shows what users are online and if you scroll down it will show who is in chat. Then you can periodically check to see who is in there and you'll know when there are actually a decent amount of "chatters" in there.
 Of course, I generally just open up chat and look to see what's going on. Sometimes I let it open even if it's empty and see if anyone comes along and strikes up an interesting convo or whatever. It's hit or miss a lot of times. *shrug*

I usually stop in for a little most every evening, I would say that there are several other "regulars" there in the evening
