Mosin Nagant by the case

Back to the ATF question. I bought 2 HK Pistols at the same time. A Full size HK USP 40 and a USP Compact 40. The dealer I bought them from recieved a call from the State Police 2 days later questionong my purchase of 2 (what they thought) were the same guns. He explained they were different models and the conversation pretty much ended after that.

I guess since we use the PICS and not the NICS that's plausible, but one wonders why they would care if someone bought two guns with separate serial numbers in the same day.

I've see folks buy 5 or 6 in the same day at a show.

My apologies on not gettint pics up yet. I suck and am temporarily displaced due to a huge hurricane that has decided to barrel down on basically on a beeline for my neighborhood east of Houston. I'll do my best to get some up next week (but probably wont have electricity).

I am new at this, I don't know if you got your answer but you should be fine. The multiple gun thing is for handguns. Also could you please share where you are purchasing your case. I have been trying to locate where to purchase a whole case and am having trouble.

I hate to break it to you, but you need to look at the date of this thread. It's over 2 years old, and the original poster hasn't signed back onto the forum in over 2 years. So chances are, you're not going to hear anything from them, and the sale and place he purchased these from, isn't going on. If you're looking for a sale of this sort, you might start another thread asking about it. There's plenty of people here that keep an eye out on Mosin's, and usually know where the best and cheapest place to get them is.
