Thumbs down Re: AK accuracy - the dabate...

I had a Romanian type AK and I could'nt get any better than 5 inches at 100yds. with wolf ammo and I'm an OK shot so I handed it off to my buddy and he was doing worse with it than I so I pitched it and bought a Socom 16 MUCH BETTER!!!

ever seen super slow motion video of an ak barrel during firing?

i've seen video of an ak compared to an ar from the late 60's or early 70's.

the ak barrel flops around like a wet noodle.

Wow, some of you guys totally missed the point I was trying to make.

I'm not talking about:
Iraq
triggers
snipers
300 yrds


People label the AK's a "inaccurate". When infact, they are not that inaccurate. If you use "plinker" ammo you will get "plinker" results. That was the point I was trying to convey......
