Default Man shot near gun range

I shoot at Heidelberg. But I can't see how this man was hit by something off the range as his house is thru a wooded section and down the other side of a hill. The only way to hit his house would be with a mortar round. Unless it was a skip or ricochet? Better call CSI. As a group of us were discussing this, a person heard over the radio that they did pull a bullet fragment out of his stomach.

Sounds like the range is just being blamed for the hell of it.
A while ago wasn't there a news interview of some idiot holding a complete rifle cartridge in their hand and claiming it flew in from a near buy range.

The story I got today was the gentleman who was shot is actually from Broomall and he was at his summer home when it happened. On top of that, he is (supposedly) friends with our beloved Gov Rendell. Who knows...I have already heard 3 different versions of the story. Right now it's wait and see. I wish him a speedy recovery and hope the range had nothing to do with it.

That was an old Iraqi woman holding two cartridges.

Watch the video on this page. I busted a gut the first time I saw it.

Those silly Iraqis what will they think of next. Let's just find some rounds lying around the street and say they hit your house. I guess it just goes to show how hog-tied our troops are. They can't even fire their rifles. They are only allowed to throw the rounds at the terrorists.

"Noll interviewed four men who were at the range and confiscated their guns, in case ballistics tests are required.

Another possible source of the projectile was a power mower which was being operated near where Ward was working when he was struck."

Okay so does this strike anyone as wrong? They confiscated the guns even though there was just as much probability that a power mower could have laynched some metal fragments at this man. My uncle was a motorcycle cop in southern MD and a power mower shot a piece of tire out that broke every bone in his face after hitting his helmet. Those things throw stuff with crazy power. I also would wonder if maybe there was an old undischarged round in the ground that he hit with a little trowel. I wouldn't have a ton of punch, but could a round penetrate a few layers of skin if it is in the ground and unearthed upon discharge?
