If there are lists, I KNOW I'm on a few of them. Hell, I'm probably on a watch list for gas-guzzling, gross-polluting truck owners being on Dodge Talk and DTW. Being "anti-green" and all............See you all in camp! Bwahahahaha!

One of the many things about this that I found troubling was the involvement of the SPLC and the ADL, two groups who normally spend their time tracking hate groups (Klan, Aryan Nations etc), even if they only jumped on board after the fact. And to think, this was BEFORE DHS labled us all racists and extremists.

Also, did anyone else notice the out-of-whack order the article was written in. (I know, it's a year old. This is the first I heard of it.) Jumping around from point to point. Was Quentin Tarantino the reporter, or what? Or was it a blatant attempt to confuse the public?

You gotta love how they use hate groups to track hate groups. Yes, I'm calling the SPLC and the ADL hate groups.

Jones bail denied in part on fear of community’s actions
By Rodney L. Sherman, Clarion News Editor

PITTSBURGH - The federal prosecutor in the Morgan Jones case recently argued against bonded release of the 64-year-old Lucinda man based on concerns local residents might help Jones escape.

Morgan Jones is being held in the Allegheny County Jail on federal charges of selling an AK-47 assault rifle to a federal undercover agent without a license.

Jones was scheduled to go to trial on the charges April 27, however, his attorney, Martin Dietz of Pittsburgh , asked for and received a continuance after three Pittsburgh police officers were killed April 4 by a man with an AK-47 rifle.

“He (Dietz) believed, given the murder of the police officers, that it was not the time to go to trial with a gun case,” explained Morgan Jones’ wife Donna.

Good news for the Jones family!

http://www2.theclarionnews.com/General_News/79439.shtml

Plea deal was offered to plead guilty for selling a firearm illegally and all other charges were dropped. They found they actually had nothing good on the guy. It does suck he won't be out in time for ALF.

Just going through this post...as i know Morgie as well as every local around here......
The whole thing was a bunch of bs from the beggining......the only thing they got him with was one bullet he sold to test fire the weapon......when in fact he would have given the guy a bullet or even test fired several round with him.....

but they held him for 2 yrs and is now released

But now he is a felon and can not own firearms. All his rights are gone. The Feds never did care if they could prove anything. They knew if they held him long enough he would take a plea.
