Places to get CCW...
I currently live in Philadelphia for school and would like to pick up my CCW application tomorow. The question is, my license is for Harrisburg. Does this matter? Would it be easier to just get it in Harrisburg anyways? Also does it really matter where I submit my paperwork or not? Thanks!

since your license is in Harrisburg you will have to get it in Harrisburg.
You can also legally carryon an out of state permit that PA has reciprocity with such as a Florida or Utah Non Resident permit. PA lets you carry on a Non Resident permit even if you are a resident of PA Greg

In Pennsylvania the "CCW" you mention is called a License To Carry Firearms (LTCF) and you must apply in the county of your residence, if your ID is from Dauphin County then you'd go to the Dauphin County Sherriff's Office.
