Need a club near Pottstown
Ok so here is the deal, I get my AK on Friday and I just know it will be starving. So I want to feed it and let it out for some exercise. But public ranges just flat out suck!!! So what I was wondering is if one of you kind folks would happen to belong to any clubs arouns the Pottstown area. If so would you be willing to help me get in?? I want to be able to put more than 3 rounds in a mag, and would love to ab able to do some rapid fire stuff. Move with the gun a little bit really get feel for her likes and dislikes that sort of stuff.

http://www.ontelaunee.org/ Need to apply a month ahead. the meeting at which they approve new members is the second Wednesday of each month so before that. King and I are members. Welcome to Kalashikovity

I'm planning on it, as it is closer than Ontellaunee, but they are more expensive first year, and have a 2 month wait, IIRC. As far as places you can join and shoot today, I don't know of any in PA. Back in TX we had commercial ranges. You pay $5 or $6 per gun, and shoot all day if you want. PA doesn't seem to have commercial ranges. As I mentioned in another thread, Game Lands free ranges are fining $100 per round over 3 so don't give in to the temptation

I'm a member of Kimberton it isnt too far and it is a nice place. Reasonably priced as well compared to some in the area. PM me when you can and we can set something up
