Default PA Assault Rifle Ban (and more!!!)

Well, The Democrats didn't wait too long. The Assault Rifle ban was submitted to the Judiciary Committee on 30 Jan.

Although it does grandfather previously owned rifles, this bill requires any owner to submit to a back ground check (even though you may have had one when you first bought the rifle) and registration...with annual renewals (which may require fees) with the state cops

Those are the two main interesting ones I found. It also looks like they are trying to ununiform the state gun laws making cities have their own laws.
