not to interrupt another gathering argument/banning, but I was wondering, I understand that one might be arrested for trespassing if one refuses to leave, however, if one leaves and then comes back on another day/week/month, with or without a weapon, perhaps thinking the order to leave was given by a bad employee with bad information, or if company policy dictates something to the contrary of what was stated to them previously or whatever other reason, can one then be arrested on the spot, or must one be asked to leave again?

Yes, you are certainly entitled to your opinion that OC is "dumb" in the burbs, or anywhere else... and it's good to hear we are on the same page regarding our rights... but that does not answer my question though

Let me take back the "a-hole" and say I must have come off as real "out of place" in a supermarket in the burbs with a handgun on my hip. Better? And yes, we are on the same page, let's all get out and vote!

Ah, ok. I'm confident I understand where your coming from now. Thanks for the clarification.

Yes, in many places in Pa., a handgun on the hip of someone in plain clothes will appear "out of place" to some people.

Keep in mind, that one of the goals/objectives that *some* folks who OC, for reasons of activism, are seeking is the returning of firearms as a "normal" tool rather than the contraband that many view it as now thanks to the stigma created by many years of negative influence of hollywood, the media, etc.

Hopefully, the more people that OC "normally" the quicker OC will become "normal" and one will not have to refrain from this legal and viable option of carry based on what it might look like. Which is a perfectly valid concern for some people.

I lived in Lower Bucks and even a shotgun in hunting season scared the hell out of most everyone. Here in Florida there is no OC yet with no permit you can carry a loaded in holstered weapon in your glove compartment. Crazy laws. I have a CCW any pretty much always carry a full size 9mm IWB and OC would sure be much more comfortable.
