But only for the Postal Service. The other forms as posted by Statkowski are appropriate for any 'non-postal' use.

Even if it is Federal Property. He wasn't getting off there actually was he. I got the impression that he had to get off due to the LEO's waiting on him.

Give em hell. And I might come out to visit some family for the day if you guys get a big OC turn out started. Other than that. I stay away from the City of Brotherly Love

WRONG ANSWER!!

The two-letter codes that everyone unfortunately use nowadays are U.S. Postal Service (USPS) codes, not authorized abbreviations (I think it's somewhere in Title 5, but I haven't found it yet).

Here's one website with all the state abbreviations, plus the USPS codes:

http://www.factmonster.com/ipka/A0110468.html

Note: The postal code abbreviation should be used only in mailing addresses.

Amtrak sez: "Dangerous or illegal items, including all firearms and weapons of any type, are prohibited on board trains."

The last time I had anything to do with a train, the train station itself did not constitute "on board trains."

I think an open carry event in Philly is getting to the point of being necessary. Where better then where the Constitution was signed. Of course that is a Federal Park but we could do it just at the border of the park. Maybe a section of the park around the art museum or closer to city hall.

If Philly wants an education you guys look to be ready for it. Are they?

I'm in!
