One downside to Froglube
Mice love it.
Sometime this fall I had a can of the Froglube paste that I dropped and cracked the top lid some. I put it back on and then back on the shelf in the barn with other cleaning stuff and didn't think about it.
Usually every year a few mice try to get into the barn when fall comes, it's expected, but I have traps and catch them.
Anyways I went away for a week and came back and found my reloading bench had been crapped all over by mice which really pissed me off and then found the source of the fun. They had gotten into the Froglube paste and looked like they had a big orgy and then crapped everywhere on my shelf, cleaning supplies and then my bench. They also appeared to be licking the liquid bottle of Froglube I had as well trying to get into that. Bastards.
I then set up my useful cashew trap(one cashew with one trap on each side against the wall with a piece of 2x4 against the traps to funnel them in. Caught the first one in 30 minutes and 2 more so far.
My Froglube will now be in an ammo can.

Thing is its still good to clean the gun and it's still edible even after the mouse never had that problem with hoppies number 9.

^^^^^
Froglube is excellent, glad I made the change. Thousands of flawless rounds with minimal clean up each time.
Comprehensive corrosion testing results when compared, (keep scrolling pretty long)...

i have good results with M-Pro 7 i have tried a few gun lubes on my guns , they dry up or collect alot dust.
