Its made by the ACLU and chock full of GOOD advice on how to keep LEO at bay.
They do stress complaince and respect, but also show you the most common tricks LEO uses to deny you of your civil rights. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NmC5...related&search I watched it and was amazed at what I thought was 'the right thing go do' was nothing more than giving up my rights. |

anyone have a link to the DEA video?

The video Diego is talking about is buy an ex DEA agent named "Barry Cooper", he's received a lot of flack for it. My understanding however is that he is selling it, it's not free.
MSNBC Article on Barry Coopers "Never Get Busted Again". My understanding is thatthe difference between the original poster's video and Barry Cooper's is that the ACLU video is more about how to properly exercise your rights and Barry Coopers is more about how to get away with being a criminal which I find less interesting.

But with dash cams and microphones in a lot of police cars that stuff should not go far in court.
As I said in another forum I 100% agree in keeping the Police at bay. They are not your friend and even right now, being a 'good citizen' you probibly have already broke a dozen laws without even thinking about it. Wait... even *thinking* about some things is illegal now a days. When I was a CO I was assigned with a drug dog team to randomly search cars that came to the jail. Out of 4 cars we searched, all of them waived thier rights (even when told they did not have to consent) and we found pot in one of the cars. Now, who drives TO A JAIL WITH POT IN THIER CAR? THose people are beyond help.. but never would I consent... even if that meant being denied entrance. |

Pretty sure they don't have them here. PSP does.
I must assume they don't as they have pulled some interesting things and would have to be retarded to do it on video. I was watching MSNBC tv show. They threw out statics of police that had cameras and it was only something like 50% of police cars. And most of them were State Police agencies. |

Delta, what municipality do you live in?

PSP has the dashcam's with audio and its my understanding they activate (record)when the emergecny lights are turned on. Locally State College does not have them in all their cars but I've noticed some... as well as Patton twp and Ferguson Twp have some. Bellefonte Boro has now put them in all cars. That pretty much covers Centre County... I've seen (I think) some in the Mifflin Co. regional Police dept but I can not confirm that.
