    It's from Mexico City...where it happened
    It says he was still alive ...for a little while anyway.

    What a moron. How does one get to be a veterinarian at age 21? Takes about 8 years of schooling after HS. Fine reporting, CNN.

    The article says the incident happened near Mexico City. Mexico may have different requirements for veterinarians than the USA.
