Default C&R application

I got it, started filling it out this evening. A few questions:

1.
Is there a law (I seem to recall seeing or hearing of one in regards to a gun shop) about vicinity to a school? I live a half a block away from a elementary school. As you know a C&R is a collectors license so if there IS a law regarding a gun shop would it also apply to a C&R holder?

2.
CLEO, in Erie would that be the City Police Chief or the County Sheriff? I'd assume Sheriff since thats where you have to go for a CCW permit.

3.
Residence phone number. We (my girl and I) only have cell phones. No landline at the house. Will this be a issue?

Thanks

Bob Merski....Take it down to his office in the courthouse. Drop it off with Sgt. Amendola. You can use the chief of police for the city, I don't know who that even is. Merski is very pro gun. Sgt. Amendola is head of the firearms division (/one man).
