Default how much for Pocket .380?

So I am looking around and looking at the going prices for either a ruger LCP or a kel-tec in .32 or .380 i dont want the debate on wich is better i will decide which i like after shooting them but i am curious as to the price range i should be looking for on these?

I paid $250 for my Kel-tec P3AT brand new.

I hate shooting it, but for what it's made for it does the job.

he can buy one as long as it is transfered to him via a county sheriff or if his dad bought it and gave it to him. sheriffs can transfer pistols at 18 if i'm not mistaken.

Yep, private sales is legal via Sheriff - finding a Sheriff that does it is the trick. Most have personal issues about <21yo having guns, are anti to begin with, or get skeer'd off when they hear "Buyer/Transferee is under 21" during the PICS call.
