No, but I was holding out a little bit of hope. I know a lot of folks are predicting that Scalia will apply strict scrutiny, but I just don't see it from a guy who doesn't have a problem with "free speech zones" and congressional limitations on habeas corpus.

I like how they found it easier to put out their ruling on the death penalty. It's getting pretty ridiculous at this point.

Isn't that sad? Especially when it's such a lousy ruling- Personally, I think we should expand the death penalty to cover molestation, aggravated child abuse, and bring it back for treason.
