This guy wanders between a conspiracy theory (the world is ruled by a few people & families controlling various national economies thru control of oil), and a conclusion in which high oil prices are necessary to avoid total collapse of the US economy. Somewhere in between, the Wold Bank, the IMF, AID programs and corporate greed come into play.
There's no meat with his sour grapes; he is simply appealing to public unhappiness over the price of gas. He repeatedly says he has known what's going on for 25 years... where has he been? His story has more holes than substance. I think he is selling books as fast as he can.
