Man with gun - PIT Parkway West Ramp Closed

GREEN TREE, Pa. -- Green Tree police have closed a ramp of the Parkway West and streets in Green Tree following reports of a man with a gun.
Police were called to a building on Green Tree Road around 1 p.m. The man is reportedly holed up inside the building next to the Boston Market.
Green Tree Road between Mansfield Avenue and Pocono Drive, including the ramp to the Parkway West, is closed.
It is not known what events led up to the standoff.
No shots have been fired.
The identity of the man inside the building is unknown.

Just tell them about PA Constitution Article 1 Section 21, and how there's no statute on open carrying non-NFA long arms in PA, and that Ortiz and Hawkins have his back!

I thought that was dove's. At least when I was working at mellon one of the guys mentioned a situation of a guy on the roof shooting at dove's and unknown to him a giant shitstorm was about to rain down on him.
