Jon informs me that he has lost less then 10 cases agains the Philly Licensing Board. That is a good batting average. he also told me one defendent did not show at the hearing because he moved. he lost that one!

he told me that one of the other 10 was when his client shouted "you guys f*cking suck" to the review board.

needles to say!!! that one was lost!!!

I too was denied for charges that were sealed. I received denial letter and PICS challenge form from the sheriffs office.

This is just preliminary. If they found anything it has to go through the PA State police investigative unit.

I saved them time and sent them a cover letter along with all of my dispositions (sealed) dismissed or not. Certified mail within 30 days of receiving denial from sheriff.

They did their investigation and after 30 days or so, I have received my reversal letter. I reapplied to the sheriff and I should receive my LTCF this week. Purchased my first pistol yesterday and showed reversal letter. 5 mins no problem new pistol out the door.

Jump through the hoops, cross your T's and dot your I's.
