This kind of stuff has to scare the hell out of any real American, when our nations capital is this close to the days of the 'communist block' mentality. Any wonder guns were the first thing to go?

I just love it when they take away basic rights of Americans with a sweet, nicey nice sounding named law: Neighborhood Safety Zone initiative
