Yay - cooler heads prevailed.
Thanks for the follow-up and taking the time to talk with the manager. We will need to do the same at several other places. Nice to hear a positive result already.

For those that missed it, I too went hunting for "no-guns" signs in DC on Friday. While OC'ing of course.

Went to Harbor Freight with my witness (CCinPA). After which we parted ways and I set out to hunt for "NO GUNS" signs, do some shopping and get a bite to eat.
I checked well over a dozen restaurants, many stores and only found one no guns sign at Denny's on RT 6. I took a pic w/my cell phone I'll post later.
I stopped at Borders Books since they were on the "list" according to the news article. I get out and go look at the door - no sign... So I went in and browsed for a while No issues.
Here is the list of places in Dickson City that I OC'd tonight, without incident:
Dickson City Police Dept.
Harbor Freight
PetSmart
Borders
Kmart
Wal-Mart
Long John Silver's
Circuit City
Sheetz
Target
Numerous parking lots while examining entrances to businesses. (OCB, Olive Garden, Denny's, The Diner on RT 6, etc etc etc)
