Default Question on C&R licence application.

Ok this is a simple question. I'm looking carefully over my ATF Form for a C&R licence. Seems simple enough.

However, here is my question. As for address, i currently live in a townhouse in state college while im attending college. However, i have always used my parents address (in berks county) as my address for employment, taxes, Drivers Licence, etc.

So even though i am currently in happy valley, should i use that address or should i use my Berks.

And, if i do use my Berks county address. Would that keep me from having a firearms shipped to my Centre county address? I'm guessing yes.

You can only have the firearm shipped to the address on the form. Use your home (parents) address. Unless you never go home...stay there over the summer...breaks...etc. I doubt they would cross check anything from where you listed your home address for everything else. When you get your license they will give you a form incase you move and need to amend the license.

You should use whatever is your permanent address, as in, what's the address on your license, where is your car registered, or other state forms.

you can only get stuff shipped to the address on the FFL.

permanent vs. school address can get sticky when it comes to stuff like this.

when i wanted to get my washington county carry license, i was still in school in pgh. the sheriff asked me to wait until i was permanently back in washington county and apply then. probably could have pushed the issue, but it wasn't a big deal.
