Maryland: Attempting To Ban So-Called Assault Weapons
This makes for the 25th consecutive year it's been attempted!
 Senator Lenett’s bill to ban so-called assault weapons (SB 43) is now officially listed on the MLIS web page: http://mlis.state.md.us/2007RS/billfile/sb0043.htm There are 21 co-sponsors which equals the number in past years. The good news is that there is no companion bill listed for the House (at least not yet, but don’t expect that to last for too long).

Damn 25 years!?? Thats alot of effort to achieve nothing....maybe they should just learn their lesson and quit. Ours was crushed and hopefully yours will be too!

its not the type of weapons but the type of people behind the weapons....when the law makers see that well be ok
