correct me if I am incorrect but you can not open carry in Philly because it is a city of the 1st class? Is the airport in the what is considered the city?

No issues on the train to 30th st. - I mean Suburban Station (I got catching up some of the threads and missed my stop :-)
No issues in Suburban Station - had a fun one once I got on the train to head to Wayne - gangsta looking guy gets on train as I'm tossing my suitcase on to the seat and my 1911 is strong side to him - he looks at teh gun - looks at me - looks at the gun - exclaims OH S&^%! (stercus for you Latin scholars) and beats feet off the train :-) Yes I have my LTCF..... |

ok I read the flyer and it just says that to carry a firearm in a city of the 1st class it does not say open or concealed. Show me where it says or states that you can open carry?

Forgot to mention that I passed 3 LEO's in the airport as I walked from terminal F to Terminal D to get the train - no issues.

Since the statute 6108 does not specify - both are legal - remember it's not a right if you need a law to give you permission....

Durka durka durka...it doesn't say anywhere in the UFA you can open carry anywhere...but it DOESN't say you can't
