Default 410 Folding shotgun

My Girlfriend's father has a 410 folding shotgun made by Harrison & Richardson Arms Company out of Worcester Mass. Having never seen anything like this before does anyone have any information about the value/ history of the firearm? I was not able to locate anything online. I do have the serial # if that will help. Please let me know if it is needed.

Thanks for any help

Kumarian
