I called Old Country Buffet corporate

I called the Old Country Buffet corporate office today at 651-994-8608 and asked what their official stance was on the Second Amendment and their Restaurants.

I was transfered to a person who told me that they support the 2nd Amendment but prohibit carrying guns, both open carry and concealed carry, in their restaurants.

I said thank you and that I would inform the members of their stance without ever telling them who I was or if I was calling on the behalf of any organization.

I need a copy of the letter that is on the door of the OCB in Dickeson PA. so I can post it on the many websites I belong to. This is where the power of the internet can be felt. A boycott, letters and e-mails to OCB can make difference.

note: by spelling out Old Country Buffet at least once in your posts will bring it up on the internet search engines.

Well, thank you for finding the direct number to the corporate office. From what I've heard, many were awaiting an email response but that of course takes time. They lost a lot of business...that's for sure. I, and many others will probably will never go to their establishment again.

Another reason, besides the food tasting like shit, to never go to Old Country Buffet.

We all have a responsibility to boycott these kinds of places.

Good analysis. I was never too fond of their food. But...what do you expect for $10? We're not really missing out on anything. I know Gary and Roger(TaurusGuy) have young children who LOVE OCB...and when kids want their favorite food...it's hard to resist. Time to go CC I guess.

It has recently come to my attention that OCB prohibits the lawful carrying of firearms by customers in their restaurants. In my opinion, the repression of one constitutional right is no different from the repression of another. In light of this policy neither I, nor my family, will patronize any of your restaurants.
