Great! I can finally meet the crew! No more sporadic vacations to Florida for me. I'll be taking the Glock 23. Should we dress up for the event? Since it is a town meeting and we'll be representing the PAFOA. Also, open carry is legal in the town hall? Didn't know if it was in a court house etc. I just wanted to be sure.

Rich will not be at the City Council meeting, but does plan to be present at the OCB portion of the evening. Please come out and support the individuals who will be addressing the council.

A loose knit coalition of gun owners offended directly and indirectly by the police-state treatment of gun owners and their guns by Dickson City, PA police officers plan to register their concerns to the Dickson City Borough Council on Tuesday, May 13, at 7PM - their regular monthly meeting which includes a citizen comment period.

While we have no idea how many people will be coming, or what they will say, those attending will likely be urging the Council to get their police force under control by (1) halting suspicion-less detentions and searches of gun owners, (2) ceasing arbitrary demands for identification without lawful basis, (4) end unlawful orders to citizens to cease recording police activities, and (4) to stop treating Americans' guns as if they were "contraband."

The wordiness may be a bit confusing. Try this:

Gun owners (affected and otherwise) will register their concerns (with City Council) about the treatment of themselves (and their guns) by the DC Police.

You're reading the sentence the way I first read it - as if there were a group of police officers who were somehow planning to register their concerns. Just diagram the sentence in your mind first...

The entire first clause is merely describing the PAFOA members who suffered ill at the hands of the Dickson City officers:
