At this point, emotional arguments are expected and vengance as part of an innate sense of justice is a normal reaction.

When heads clear most would agree that as a nation and a Commwealth of laws and not men, the right thing to do is convict this POS under the law and put him to death under that same law.

Even feral animals understand the will to live and situations like this highlight why society needs to continue to have the death penalty as an option. If he rots on death row awaiting year after year of appeals, so much the better. Let him sweat and suffer wondering which day will be his last.

It's good to hear that they got him...before the officer's funeral like the guys on domelights said. They can all give him a proper service now without thinking about that dirtbag being out there still.

Too bad he didn't try to get away and end up showered in gun fire...the system is way to easy on people like this.
