Shipping rifle from PA to FL
I just bought a 30/30 from a member here (thanks Paul) for a friend of mine in FL. I want to ship it down to him sometime next month. Someone told me we only need an FFL in one of the two states ... true? false?

You need to ship to an FFL in the receiving state.
