Talking QUESTION ON CHANGING OWNERSHIP OF BUSHMASTER M4 A3?

HI, DOES ANYONE KNOW IF YOU CAN SELL A BUSHMASTER M4 A3 TO A PRIVATE PARTY WITH A BILL OF SALE OR DO YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH A FIREARMS DEALER?

Private party sales of long-guns do not require a FFL (within PA to a PA resident). Only handguns do. You don't need to write a bill of sale either unless you or they wish.
