Default Stubby still open? Need Transfer in York/Lancaster area...

I need to transfer a handgun in the York/Lancaster area...saw that Stubby was a member, and I tried to e-mail (no response) then call..number not working.

Need a reasonable transfer dealer (ftf transfer on a pair of pistols) in/near York or Lancaster.

Thanks!
