It just hit me. The city does not enforce the legal laws. Equal justice under law. If they catch one of us all we have to do is settle out of court.

We say we are sorry and they drop the charges, give us back our guns and send us on our way.

Well, in a year, who'll remember. There will probably be a very similar Federal law, and PA preemption be damned.

be sure to keep track of your moving expenses, and file SUITE against the mayor and all city counsel members for reimbursement on a civil level, since they forced you to move, by preventing you full use and enjoyment of your property and rights.

its unlikely that they know you own ANY NFA, unless it was signed for a LONG time ago, and they kept records.

Philly CLEO/Sheriff does not sign for NFA, and the ATF is prohibited from releasing the private tax documents that are a NFA document, without a court order.
NFA documents are not public record.

Philly has no way of knowing what you have unless someone in Philly has had access to your documents, or unless they catch you with it.

as per storage, you dont have to keep any item at your own home, you cna store NFA anyplace as long as you are the one with the only access to it.

I fired off emails to my reps today. I don't live in Philly but I wanted them to know I felt what Philly was doing is wrong. I suggested that Nutter and the council members be charged with official oppression.

Did these links stop working for anybody else?
They worked fine for me a little while ago.
I wonder if the site is down or whether it was pulled for some reason.

Default Re: The fine print of the Nutter laws can be found here

Isn't there some obscure law on the books someplace where the citizens of PA can remove Rendell & Nutter from office for what they are doing, in regards to the gun laws???
Honestly, if they can write laws "from the air", then why can't we citizens & taxpayers do the same?
I know it sounds silly, but voting isn't working. And dragging them screaming from office might sound good, but we won't win any friends doing that. So, other than armed protest, is there something "on the books" we can do?
Ideas anyone??? Is there anything in PA history we can use to guide us??

This Nutter jackoff was on the Colbert Report tonight 4-14-08, and Colbert punked the hell out of him in a nice way by asking him,.... cant the state be the only authority to only make laws, so in turn by doing passing these laws arnt you breaking the law? And why just dont you give everyone guns then no one would mess with each other did you think of that?....Nutter just stared at him. What a Tool this Nutter guy... I feel bad for you philly people.
