PS:
There were a LOT of great suggestions in addition to all the corections, etc. THANK YOU ALL for the help. I will continue to tweak this flyer and will be including numerous other suggestions as I find time to do it. My main concern was getting a working document released. So now that it is, I will work on some of the more difficult suggestions (like background graphics, etc)

Pa...still noticed a few things. Spelling and punctuation:
Brandishing & Disturbing the Peace: There is no “brandishing” or “distubing the peace” law in PA. Open carry in a city of the first class (phila) ...the recipient of any firearms is not known to be a person prohibited by law from owning a firearms. Transfer of handguns to NON PA residents must go through an FFL in the recipients state.

Too rushed to check all five pages of the thread, sorry. But I did print out the flyer and would suggest, if not already done:
1. Page numbers 2. Changing margins on the PA Constitution and Selected PA statutes parts so that the fold doesn't cut across text. For whatever it is worth Great effort. Thanks again
