I checked usacarry.com and it doesn't look like either a Florida or a Utah permit would help you in your journey to Maine. Vermont does honor both, New Hampshire honors RESIDENT ONLY for both. No other New England states honor either or a PA license. They both honor your RESIDENT PA license......Randomly clicking around the map, I couldn't find any state's permit that was honored by the other New England states. It looks like you won't be able to carry until you get to Vermont.

Oh I know beween NY and MA I am SOL on carrying... I sent in my application for my Maine CCW so I can carry while I'm up there. What I am asking is more of a seperate question... what other non-resident permits could I get so I can carry in the maximum amount of states possible.
