Default Theres a Chance I Might Be Moving to PA

I might be moving to PA to go to medical school in Montgmery County. My aunt is a nurse down there and is trying to help me out. She even said I could live there which is 10 minutes from the school. Hopefully it works out!

I know the Sheriff in Montco. Don't listen to info. his deputies give you, he truly is an arrogant prick who doesn't really know the law, but he will enforce whatever he wants. That being said I know you have to go to the courthouse to get your LTCF. I'm not sure how long it takes, I know bucks is faster (about 20 min.)

Are you saying that you can apply for LTCF is a county OTHER than the one in which you reside?

I thought you had to apply in your county of residence.

I'd be happy to find I'm wrong.
